Happy Customer for Good Quality Service

Good day store manager: My name is Kenny Sebete and i was at the store (Checkers Hyper - Sandton) earlier today to inquire about the water pump for the Best Way pool i bought in your store a week ago. I met with David Radebe and the service he provided me was so excellent and he went out of his way to assist me for something that was not even in his department.

He politely asked me to give him a minute so that he can call someone working in the pool department and he came with someone but they did not have clue as to how the pump works and i realised that David loves his job as he took the box and tried to read the instruction so that he does not mislead me or give me a wrong information. This is the kind of service we wish to get in the retail space and David Radebe deserves to be the employee of the month just for the good customer service he provide to customers. He was so worried when i leave and for sure he felt that he did not help me to that satisfaction but i am 100% satisfied about his explanation and the service provided. I personally want to say thank you and thumbs up to David and hope that it doesn't end with me and other employees should take from him. Thank you so much David for the excellent service you provided to me!!!
