Happy Checkers Customer

I bought 2 dinner services from Checkers at the Pavillion. I had stored them for about 2 months and when I wanted to use them, I found the one box only had 3 of each place setting. I phoned Customer Services, expecting a fight, but Mrs Mthethwa was so sweet and did not quibble about replacing the missing items. She told me not to make a special trip, but that the next time I was at the center I could ask for her and she would have the items for me. A few days later I went to Checkers and asked for her and she immediately knew who I was and went and got my crockery. This is the kind of service that deserves recognition.
