Half grilled chickens

I bought a whole grilled chicken on Tuesday from Checkers Hyper in Fourways Mall. Well, suppose to be grilled but sadly only half grilled. Raw all around the bones -from the thighs to the breast !!! The second chicken in +- 3 months from this specific store that has the same problem.

Needless to say, ALL the grilled chickens are charged at the same price, R74-99 unlike your competitors who charges per weight once fully grilled.

I will NEVER buy a grilled chicken from your store again. I would rather drive the extra distance to my Spar where I normally buy grilled chicken that is FULLY grilled.
