I have just come from your Hyper branch on 14th Ave, Roodepoort, and once again I have had a problem where there is a difference in price between what is on the shelf and what comes up at the till, I shop there at least once a week and every time there is something that is priced higher at the till, it was only a difference of R5, but imagine a customer with a trolley full of items, they can't check each and every item, how many people are getting ****MED daily, people that have to count every penny???? I asked for a manager, and when I said this is not the first time, his response was, this is a problem. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. I think it is time to look elsewhere, sadly, it happens with your competitors, if I can call them that.
