Groceries being left in complex parking lot, bad Service response

The Sixty60 delivery person wasn't prepared to carry my 2 bags up one flight of stairs because he had a "metal in his leg". At the time I opened my front door he'd unloaded my groceries in the parking lot of my complex and was already on his motorbike ready to leave. When I submitted a complaint to Sixty60 I was merely instructed on how to submit a query on the app to complain about a product and request a refund. When I responded to this email telling them I was unhappy with their response since I was complaining about a delivery man and not a product, I never received a response back.
