Grilled Chicken

Ive just been to Checkers New Park Kimberley. Whilst my wife and i was standing in the queue to purchase a "hot meal" at the deli, we witnessed a couple of flies feasting the the hot meals i.e pumpkin, veggies etc. So we opted for a whole grilled chicken instead. Upon arrival at home, preparing to eat we discover that the chicken is horribly burnt on the under side as well as 1 drumstick missing. Im highly irate at this moment and if this matter isnt addressed soonest, i will take this matter further.
