Greatest customer service

I went to checkers Montana/ kolonnade on Friday the 14th that was between 14:30 and 15:00 hours, I came there to get some of the running special which included 6 pack milk x 3 for R199. I was helped at till 15 the cashier was a young lady Tebogo helped by an elderly lady Betty as the packer. I truly appreciated Betty's recommendation on other instore specials that I have missed, it is such a great experience when the store has such caring and well informed staff like Betty. She recommended that I buy 5 kg Tastic rice which was on special for R50 and honestly it was such a great saving for me and my family. She's is such a great assets to the checkers group, well informed about instore product specials and pricing, a great friendly customer service, and patience.

Not only I was told about the specials, also easy location for the products, they waited for me while I go collect the recommended product. The store looks neat and well packed, easy to locate everything.

Betty is a STAR, I would appreciate if Betty can be made aware of this, this will encourage her and fellow colleagues to do better every day Thank you checkers Kolonnade for the awesome service.
