Great Supermarket - Very Unprofessional Service

Checkers Waverley - I was advised by FNB that withdrawals at the Checkers till point is much cheaper & convenient. In my case it is much more expensive & heavy inconvenient. I tried it & withdrew R 3000.00 from the till point while shopping at Checkers Waverley like I have for the last 5 years giving them my patronage loyally every month. The machine declined my transaction and deducted the money from my account.<br> <br> I understand that things like this happen. The problem is that I had to ask the manager to take my details. No guidance was offered. No excuse was made for the error, made me feel like an idiot. No calls was returned & no update on the status of the reversal.<br> <br> I called FNB and they gave me a authorization number for the transaction. I called Lesego the manager at Checkers Waverley, and after waiting a few seconds for her to finish laughing at whoever in her social company I explained the situation. Again no excuse, no guidance, no assistance.<br> <br> Later the day I followed up with another call, she couldn't remember me, no seriousness and empathy with the situation I am in.<br> <br> Checkers I know you are a great company, but come on! is this how you treat loyal customers???
