Great service received by Fresh Manager at Checkers, Woodlands boulevard.

My Girlfriend and I a Caramel Cake from the checkers bakery section only to find out after dinner that the whole cake tasted sour and bitter, as if it was past its expiration date. We took it back the next day and spoke to *Joe*, the "FRESH MANAGER" who was very polite and apologetic. He explained how the recent load shedding has affected some of the stock. He then Refunded our money And gave us a brand new fresh complementary Cake. He also had the bakery remove all the other cakes of the same batch as the one we bought. All in a all we are very Satisfied with the service we received at Checkers, Woodlands boulevard, Pretoria East. Thanks Joe👍
