Great service Checkers Hyper Somerset Mall

I purchased an item at the Checkers Hyper Somerset Mall branch and when I got home the item had been opened and was faulty. I called the branch and spoke to an employee named Kaylin Bailey who was in charge of the branch at the time and standing in for the branch manager. She was very professional and helpful. The item was unfortunately out of stock as I had purchased the last one however Kaylin made sure to get hold of one for me from another branch and after a few days I was able to replace my purchase with a new one. Thanks a lot for the good service. It is much appreciated. I will definitely recommend this branch if you are like myself and expect nothing but the best.
