Great service

My electric frying pan's lid fell and broke into pieces. I called the customer care number of Shoprite/Checkers on the box and Lukhanyo answered the phone, he was very helpful. He said that he will contact the suppliers and after a few days he called me back to say that my lid is on the way. It was also delivered to me a few days early. And the best of all, I did not have to pay a thing.
