Great Service

On Saturday 25th November I did my grocery shopping at the Checkers Northcliff Corner store. I accidentally left a whole bag of groceries behind which I only realized the following morning. I called the store and was advised to bring my till slip which I did. I was assisted by the store manager (sorry I didn't get your name) who told me that they kept the bag and waited the whole day for me to return. The cashier advised her that the items were already back on the shelf. To my surprise, the manager showed me a picture on her phone, my groceries! I left an entire bag with contents of more than R200 and the only thing I missed was the coffee and the chocolate spread (my boys will never forgive me if there is none at home). I was pleasantly surprised. A BIG thank you to the staff of Northcliff Corner.
