Great Service

I visited the Checkers in Capegate Shopping Centre over the weekend and encountered a bit of difficulty at the till point when I tried purchasing one of their specials (9 cans of tuna scanned at different prices each time they scanned the barcode). The cashier referred to a front end controller who also couldn't figure out why the cans were scanning at different prices. They then referred to a Mr Lewis, who I presume is the Store Manager. Mr Lewis gave me excellent service. He was polite, respectful, he acknowledged me (things the front end controller omitted to do), and he explained what the problem was. At this point I wasn't even bothered as to whether or not I would get the special price. After my initial feeling of frustration, Mr Lewis turned the whole experience around. When i indicated that I would pay full price for the items if necessary, because I was in a bit of a rush, Mr Lewis wouldn't have it. He gave me the special price! 10/10 Great Service. This man is an asset to your business. Will definitely visit the store again.
