Great service

I visited checkers at Menlyn mall to try and exchange the nappies I had bought 2 months ago. When I got to the customer service, I was met by Jane who tried to assist and also called her manager. I think the manager’s name was conny if o am not mistaken. I was unable to exchange the nappies, but the ladies really went out of their way to try and assist me since I didn’t have a receipt. It was disappointing that I couldn’t do the exchange, but I saw their efforts in trying to help me
