Great service!!!

<p>Hi Checkers Hyper Mall Of Africa.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 29/04/2016 i bought a schultz grinder and a drill. last weekend while busy DIYing with the drill i noticed smoke and flames then i decided to put it aside pack it in the box since it had a 12 months guarantee.</p> <p>Yesterday the 01 june2016 i decided to return it to the store and was welcomed by the security(friendly aswell), she took the slip and checked and asked if i want a refund or exchange then i said exchange since i believe the product is the best. Then she advised me to go to the return and exchange section. I went there and i was welcomed by a friendly lady full of smiles and she advised that she will call the guy who works with those staff. The guy come and advised me to fetch a new box when i returned he gave me thumbs up then i ask are we done, he nodded and i left a little bit shocked as i have never received such service in my life. Big up to all the staff of Checkers hyper mall of Africa. I will definately continue shopping there as it is just 8 minutes away from my work place. its a pity i couldnt get the staff names.</p>
