Great Manager Skills

Just want to commend your Manager. In this tough times, all we need to do is thanking the Frontliners who still help and go all out for the nation, eventhough its so much more tougher for them.

I was at your Hyper store in Edenvale this morning doing my monthly shopping. I could not help over hearing how a lady is going off on the Manager of your store. So according to her the store was too full and there is no person instore controlling the people. Firstly, when you come shop, you do not bring your family with (hence COVID) and secondly we are adults to look after ourselves and have understanding of the times we are in. This poor guy really tried his best to defuse the problem. Think I heard that his name is Marinus. I hope my commendment on this, reaches the correct people. Think that lady just had a bad day.

Still had a great shopping experience as always in this store.
