Great customer experience

i went checkers hyper to get my Kruger report. the report took a while to print out. however they apologized and explain they have a problem and they offered me a chair. they updated me every 5 minutes. i really got a great customer experience which you hardly get from retailers, Thank you Checkers hyper Sandton City mall
