Great After Sales Service

Yesterday I purchased a ready-meal from the Cresta shop. When I cooked it I found it was not up to the usual high standard. There was very little sauce hence it was dry but there was a lot of chicken but I think the bird must have died of old age, so tough were the strips. I called customer relations who gave me a reference number and asked me to return it to the store. This I did today and found the manager Patrick to be so helpful and apologetic. Readily refunded my money but also insisted on replacing the item. Patrick is a credit to Checkers and knows exactly how to treat customers. Sadly he is one of only a few such managers/owners of businesses in South Africa. Well done Patrick and many thanks.
