so the cashier billed me twice for the same thing and I immediately sho**** her the receipt and she casually said i can take another bottle or I must go to the kiosk to ask for a refund as if I made the mistake, I stood at the kiosk a good 15 minutes before being assisted, i understand she was busy but the fact is I didn't make tje mistake and felt like the cashier should have acted accountable I was inconvenienced and no one was taking accountability I had to fix what was not done by me. Grahamstown checkers bad service indeed
