GOODS ORDERED NOT DELIVERED

SIXTY60 ORDER: This is regarding order ***5, ordered on 29/11/2021 in which I ordered two packs of 12 Castle lites and only received one. I had logged several queries on the app as well as with phone calls but to this day have not received either a refund or the goods. This is the second time this error has occurred with the Sixty60 liquor store online order system, (however the first error was restored, well done on that) therefore I will not make use of it again.
