Good work Supervisior

I went into Checkers today but unfortunately I did not get what I wanted to buy so as I was exiting I passed through the passage between cashiers and they was one guy who was busy doing prizing with his colleagues since his chair was blocking the way I kindly asked if I could I pass well he was rude&asked me why I did not use the other exits.I felt he had no right to speak to me like that. I asked him that asking to pass through is a problem and he said yes.I then asked to see his supervisor.(A kind like short African lady light in complexion with a ponytail and looks middle aged). I was angry but the way she handled the whole situation, I was so impressed. I cooled down. Thabo was called he didnt want to say sorry and when he did he was looking on the side&I asked him y the sorry and he said what did I do .His supervisor was totally embarrassed by such his behavior he even said I was lying.He ended up saying a meaningless sorry decided to leave since the supervisor was very sincerely sorry,Thabo is one of a kind and I will not paint everyone black becoz of him. I really like the service that you guys to people,all happy and cheerful but the likes of 'Thabo's must pull up socks.
