Good service....**** product
<p>So its Black Friday...December 2016</p> <p>We spot a bargain at Checkers Hyper Menlyn...Restonic Queen Size Bed for R2999. Make no mistake we fully understand that this might not be the best of quality. First we are told they are out of stock but will get us one. Few days later the salesman phone us and says that they will give us the better Restonic Emerald as they do not have stock of the other bed.</p> <p>Happy days....So we recieve the bed within a week. Within 3 days the bed start sagging, I heard a spring or something snap. My wife phones Checkers Hyper and we are told that Restonics Warehouse is closed for December, they wil send someone in January to collect the bed.</p> <p>Soooo...January the 17th a Rep from Restonic came to our house inspected the matress and asked my wife what I weigh, because this matress only have a 100kg limit. Nobody said anything about weight limit when she bought it. The Rep tells my wife to turn the matress a few times for the next 2 months(on a do not turn matress hahaha) and they will re evaluate. Look we know its not and R8000 rand matress but jeezzz guys.. 3 days???? and its ******ed. So we are back on our 10 year old King Koil...(FYI...a 10 year old King Koil is still better than a 3 day old Restonic. ) Thanks Restonic!!! </p> <p>Checkers did their part and their service was great...but I seriously think you should think twice before selling Restonic products. You are passing the buck for a product that you are selling. </p>
