Good Customer Service and Going Extra Mile
Big up to Godfrey Mlangeni who is working at Checkers Hyper Menlyn Pretoria who went an extra mile by assisting me with the products which were finished on the shelf by checking in the store room for me and find that there were also finished and he went to check on the tills if there is any of those products which may be left by the other customers, luckily he got them and gave me those products. I finally left the store with what I wanted by his Good Customer Service and Going Extra Mile because when I asked him where exactly is he based on, he responded that he was not on that section, now that's what we call Extra Mile.
