Going the extra mile

<p>This is the type of service and assistance one would like to have set as a standard/norm in a store for their clients. Thank you to Dirk for going the extra mile. We were looking for one of those little shopper baskets by Arcon park checkers, that was never in stock, might I mention on a good note, and Dirk actually saw we were 'frustrated' and came to us asking how he can assist, because he could see something was wrong. I explained our problem, he made some calls, organized here and there and a few days later phoned me to go and collect it at despatch side in Arcon park. Good old fashioned assistance and old school manners towards a client.</p>
