Going the Extra Mile

<p>I bought a packet of biltong from Checkers Eastgate.</p> <p>When I got home I noticed that the biltong had expired 3 weeks before.</p> <p>I decided to go back to Checkers there and then, somewhat anoyed to say the least, to show them the packet and explain that I had to come all the way back.</p> <p>They were not only embarrassed that it had happened and apologized profusely but after speaking to the, I presume manager, not only gave me my money back but gave me 2 similar packets for free.</p> <p>What a phenominal attitude.</p> <p>Thank you Checkers Eastgate</p>
