Given the wrong airtime

Today, I bought airtime at four ways checkers where I requested fo telkom mobile where I clearly stated tha I wanted telkom mobile. The cashier lady who didn't have a tag on showed me the screen to a if it was telkom, the screen which displayed the telkom logo only. I confirmed it am am bought the airtime for R100, bare I mind I'm a student. I tried to recharge it but it didn't go through that wh I released that it's land line airtime. I went back where I tried to talk t th lady lady the managers but nothing <br> Please help because I don't kno what to do with this land line airtime
