Given the run around

<p>I went to your checkers Pavilion branch to buy Ub40 tickets for a birthday only to find that they dont have the envelopes for it,I was then told that i could go into any checkers and i could get one as they never had. I then went to the branch in windermere and they also didnt have.</p> <p>This is not acceptable as i have purchased it for a gift,I was then told by the guys at the counter that all the checkers dont have.......WHY?</p> <p> </p> <p>Am i not paying for the tickets...This is the second time i had an issue with checkers,Last month i purchased a coffee machine only to find 4 capsules missing. and i had to drive all the way to the store.</p> <p> </p>
