Give my money back!

On the 24th of June a payment failed due to your systems according to your staff, however money was removed from my account and I've been struggling to get this amount to be released back to my account, your consultants kept on saying 48hrs the money will be back and yet we are at the 6th of July, I've benn calling every 4hrs to check what's going on and the last two consultants were very helpful. Amanda send it to be voided but seems like the finance team simply could not be bothered. Please contact me
