Gift card *** service money lost

I bought a gift card at checkers kuilsriver and I loaded R600 on the card when I go to buy at checkers Parow balance was R400 I don't know wat happened to the other R200 spoke to the manager in Parow sent an email to head office saying they will get back to me no one got back to me I called the office said I must go to shoprite kuilsriver to asked manager to send the slip they refuse saying I must go back to the shop I load the money to I then went back to checkers kuilsriver manager said they don't know what happened to the R200 I ask them to investigate what happened that day he told me he will send a message to the head office he will get back to me now is October I'm still waiting tired of going up and down with no solution. I don't know why they put gift card in the shop that they won't help you when u have a problem I'm so annoyed and angry my R200
