The service of the branch is pathetic and that is not even the word to describe it. the staff are very rude and can't even greet you when you want to pay for your goods. one staff member working at the kiosk where the cigarettes are sold was lying on her arms and I wanted to pay a bill I greeted her and said I want to pay my bill she looked at me and didn't even greet me back sat up and yawned and then told me her system is down and went down to lie on her arms. I asked for the manager and the one present came up and didn't even ask what the problem was turned the screen fast to me and said there now you can see the system is down go and stand in the other row. this is really poor service and this is not the first time. every time I walk in there it is the same service. also at checkers hyper the one staff member surname raubenheimer if it is spelled correct. when I wanted to pay het took my goods rang it up and gave me the change didn't even say a word or thank you. I really hope that this service can be improved
