Would like to extend heartfelt gratitude to Ms Gcobisa whom I spoke to today after I had misplaced my electricity voucher purchased June 22. She assisted me with such professionalism and care and she actually restored my hope in great customer care in large companies. I gave her my nickname Pajah and she truly embodies excellence.
