GBV verbally abused at Checkers Hemingways store

The most shocking experience. I was unpacking my groceries at the till point when another customer came and pushed my stuff so he could pack his groceries as he was next in line. I politely asked him to please keep his distance as I could see the store had no markings for social distancing. The man started swearing at me and verbally abusing me. I looked at the cashier and said, you can see what is happening here could you please intervene, she just looked at me so I asked her to call a manager. A trainee manager Luvuyo arrived and I asked him to intervene. The other customer immediately told him there was no markings. So he asked the client to stand 5 tiles away of which that was not even 1.5m or the 2m distance. The customer then starts talking to Luvuyo in xhosa saying i am mad. I think i am white. Luvuyo then politely agrees with the client who had been verbally abusing me and says in Xhosa that the customer mustn't worry about me and discusses me with that man. I was so furious. I told Luvuyo I was going to report him because I actually do understand Xhosa. I will never shop at that store again and will spread the word of how management of that store treated me because they failed to comply with placing markings on the floor. Every other store you go to has markings. So I feel that the store failed me and when they could have saved the situation the manager failed me again.
