Gateway Checkers selling stinking chickens my second experience

Absolutely unacceptable- this is the second time I purchase fresh chickens from Checkers Hyper in Gateway and its stinks! Such a huge store should have big generators to keep the freezer working during loadshedding. My mom tried to cut it up to cook and it's not edible. The first time I reported this to the store the manager gave me a difficult time and I had to fight for my money back which was given to me in a voucher. This is the second time and now I am reporting this to the Health Department.
