Gateway Checkers - - Disgusted customer

Hi my colleague purchased a camp chair from Gateway Checkers as a Christmas gift for me and when it was delivered the bag was opened so I assumed that they opened the item to make sure everything was on with the item however when I took the chair home and took it out of the bag. To my horror it had ****roaches and what made matters worse it was invested with bed bugs breathing in the seams of the chair. I called the store and my call was transferred to the camping equipment department manager named Aston and I explained to him what happened and a few hours later he got the sixty minutes manager to call me and he apologized and wanted to replace the chair. I refused politely because I am just disgusted at what I saw and I shudder to think of what else is going on in that store with food and every other item. I am still waiting for another call from Aston which hasn't been received. They don't realize the impact of taking something like bed bugs and ****roaches into ur clean house. GATEWAY Checkers I am so disgusted with ur store.
