Funds deducted

On 25th June I placed an order. I was logged as NOT paid but R529 was deducted off my account I contacted customer service, was told by Yvette to wait 48 hours and my bank will reverse it. After numerous emails they ask for my bank statement, then said the funds will be reversed in 2 to 3 business days. It has now been more then a month and I still don't have my funds back. Horrible customer service. I don't even think I'm getting my money back. I am so unhappy I will rather go to another retailer
