Frustratingly bad service!!!!!!!1

Checker sixty 60 is failing to refund my money after they deducted and the order didn't go through, i have been calling them the whole week and no one is taking accountability, they keep sending me from pillar to post for money that is mine. I am never again using this app the service is ******* if the order doesn't go through! a whole week later they saying it should have reflected now they telling me to contact my bank of which i did and my bank says they haven't received any authorization to refund from them, i am so frustrated with the service!
