From good to bad again

I just relaxed and was so happy after the last bad encounter and complaint, but then it happened again. Every month on the 1st we go to checkers for SASSA pension for my father in law. For a few months every thing went smooth until Tuesday again. Like every where in SA on the 1st SASSA pays out to pensioners, so I don't understand if you go to a store that is supposed to do payouts and have money for it on that day, but instead they tell you there is no money or we should come in the morning. I don't know if everybody doesn't work, but we work 7-5 every day so we can't go in the morning at 8 and previously we have tried it at 8, but also got the same excuse, sorry there is no money, come in the afternoon. So what to do now is the question I need answered please?
