From angry to happy in 1hour!!!

I was angry when I found some rotten eggs in a tray that I bought 2 days ago. The first rotten egg spoiled the whole batch that was nearly ready. I have this huge order for milk tarts for tomorrow and as I generate a little income from this I am anxious to fill the order. Our car broke down the day I bought the eggs and it went in for repair. I am without transport and 50km away from Checkers. I phoned them immediately, it was a half hour before their closing time and did not expect much sympathy for my problem. The lady who answered the phone was great and the Perishables manager phoned me back in minutes. He drove all the way to deliver a fresh tray of eggs and would not take money for the eggs or the transport. He had me sorted in one hour! I am so thankful to these two people for hearing and then helping me. I will remember this kindness for a very long time.
