Friendly service. Extra mile.
Carl is probably one of your most effective managers at the Centurion mall branch. Always going the extra mile. Always friendly. And never making up excuses for bad service like most of the other managers. I asked another manager about the Super Punch laundry detergent. She did not even make any effort. I asked Carl and he immediately took my number and looked until he found stock. He also made sure it gets to the Centurion branch. Ten thumbs up for Carl.
