Friendly and professional service!

Kudos to McDonald, the assistant store manager at Checkers Fourways Mall. I went there to complain about a damaged microwave that I had bought about a month ago but only unboxed it today as my daughters were going back to res. Without hesitation he said: "bring it and I'll exchange it for you!" No questions asked! I've never seen such efficiency and a friendly service in a long time!! Keep it up my good sir
