Fridge missing water dispenser

Hi there,

I am so disappointed at the service I have been receiving.

My cousin and myself bought a fridge CASH at the Checkers hyper in N1 city.

I received the product (delivered by you)

The fridge is missing the water dispenser and now I am told that I must bring the fridge back myself.

It is not my fault that you people sent me a fridge that is was clearly a display item so why should we be the ones paying for transport to bring it back.

I am so sick of this and just want our money back.

This will go to the ombudsman if you dont sort it out immediately.

You dont deliver what you promised now I am the one who has to chase after you.

Sort this out please
