I would like to escalate an issue for dual unsolicited transactions on my account... Who gave authorisation for your company to put two transactions after an item is out of stock correct the amount and transact don't put another transaction through and then tell me to show an uncleared amount as a bank statement shows active transactions and it is not my responsibility to get you a bank statement I won't so your admin job.

Also regarding the manager by the name Jacque he needs to go for training the nerve of the person to tell me don't talk over him.

I want a manager to get in touch with me to rectify the issue because clearly none of the staff knows their processes.

Kept us on hold advising no managers are available what kind of a business are you guys running.
