***** and theft of money

My mom made use of Money Market (Checkers Springs Mall)to send money on the 3rd November to 3 different recipients and was assisted by Lungisile Lubelo. The cashier kept going under the counter pretending like she's eating and kept saying she's hungry. A few minutes after my mom left the shop she received a call from Lungisile and she told my mom that she gave her the wrong M numbers and asked my mom to write down the "correct ones." When one of the recipients tried to withdraw the money he was told that the money has already been withdrawn. My mom then went back to Checkers and they got video footage and it was discovered that Lungisile was busy with her phone when she was pretending to be eating and immediately when my mom left she was seen giving one of colleagues a phone and a piece of paper. From there it was agreed that indeed Lungisile was involved and Sindi the manager assured my mom that they will report the case to their head office and asked my mom to open a case. To date my mom has not received her money and Lungisile Lubelo is still working at Checkers.
