FOUND WIRE IN CHICKEN AND BROKE TOOTH ON IT!

On the 18/08/2015 we baught deli chicken at Checkers Cape Gate in Cape Town. I bit on a piece of baby drumstick when I felt my tooth break. After inspection of the meat I found a piece of electrical copper wire in the meat. I then contacted and took the meat with the wire to checkers for a claim. I was told that the next day I will be contacted by their head office. Till today I have been the only one contacting checkers and still walking around with a broken tooth. No effort have been made by Checkers to contact me and sort out the problem. Phoned them 5times and visited 3 times with regards to the incident.
