Forward thinking

I logged a complaint on Hellopeter regarding Checkers Rock cottage manager not wanting to refund an item and his whole attitude , JACK from the customer service desk has been in constant contact with me from the time the query was allocated to him , phoned me on the 30/12/2017 and sent me an online voucher as a gesture of goodwill ( this to me is excellent service , constantly following up even after hours , you have a gem working in your customer service dept. THANK YOU JACK
