Formal Complaint – Security Guard Conduct at Checkers Hyper Sandton

While exiting the store, I was asked by a security guard to present my slip for the items I had placed in a plastic bag. As I searched for the slip, another individual — who was not in uniform and did not identify himself — began grabbing and handling my groceries without consent. Startled by this sudden action, I reacted instinctively and accidentally slapped his hand away. I immediately apologised and explained that it was a reflex reaction. The individual proceeded to threaten me with violence.
