Forgotten Groceries Checkers Wirogate

On Saturday 14 March I forgot some groceries at the Checkers at Wilrogate. The manager Thsepo was very helpful. I received great service. I phoned Checkers to ask about it and i spoke to Thsepo the store manager, I arranged to come in the next morning.

He checked and found that I did forget the items I listed. He then walked with me through the store carrying my basket and got the items for me. He also packed them in my bag. He along with the security guard at the door was very friendly and helpful.

He did not pass me pass me off to one of the other staff members in the store but instead he himself assisted me.
