footage request refusal

I am suspecting i left my wallet with everything inside at the till , i went to checkers kuruman mall twice to request a footage of when i left the shop but they are refusing, please help me satisfy suspicions by running me the footage as i left the shop. I am stuck without a lisence,ID , bank cards.
