FNB & CHECKERS POOR SERVICE

I'm very annoyed at FNB & Checkers Meadowridge as I did shopping there today and was told my debit card transaction was declined after an hour and a half in the shop the cashier very nonchalantly said the system is offline and I must now go outside and draw money...I swiped my credit caRd and got the sms email etc to say it went through but the shop was insistent that it did not go through and that it would be reversed...it's 10hours later and still it hasn't been reversed and I was forced to go outside with a 2 year old to draw the money..Checkers staff assuming I have money to draw. ..what if I only had one card and the transaction went through like it did on my side and I wasn't able to draw extra money...what if my family was dependant on that food I bought as their only source of sustenance...ur staff arrogantly assume that I had other options...the alternate option which they gave me was to just leave everything as per the very uncaring and unempathetic store manager Chrystal Slingers...what also alleges that they just found out that the system is offline so they could not put up notices or make announcements..this after the cashier told me they have been having problems..
