Fly on food

I was at the Checkers St John's last week , I was waiting in the lime at bakery section , Where I noticed the savoury buns were lying open & a fly had sat on the bun I then brought it to the attention of the lady serving & too much surprised she didn't do anything I then brought it to the managers attention. Today while on my lunch break I went to the bakery again & witnessed the exact samething only this time it was a much bigger fly that sat literally sat on the few buns that were there .The lady serving saw this and all she did was move it aside .my concern is how often is this happening at no one is doing anything about it.this can be very harmful to people & the fact hat the staff deals with it so lightly!being such a large store the decent thig to do is cover these items up , it's the reasonable thing to do. I wonder of health inspectors actually visit these stores to see exactly what is happening.
